The Backyard Players of Andover in June, is seeking an actor to play the role of “Christian de Neuvillette” in Cyrano de Bergerac.
Christian is a handsome soldier whose love for the intellectual Roxane is stymied by his lack of sophistication. At the audition, actors will read from comedic and dramatic scenes. The part will be awarded the actor who demonstrates proficiency with both styles and who fits the basic physical characteristics of the role.
