May 17 7pm-9pm Striving Artists Theatre Company (www.strivingartists.org) and Bristol Theatre Company announce auditions for “Much Ado About Nothing” by William Shakespeare! Directed by Greg Luzitano, the show will be performed outdoors and indoors (depending upon the venue) throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Show dates will be July 11, July 18 and July 25 at Linden Place in Bristol, RI, with additional performances in Salem, Easton and Fall River, Massachusetts to follow July 31 and Aug 1 & 8. Rehearsals will be held on Monday through Thursday evenings, primarily at Beverly Library and The First Church in Salem beginning the week of May 24th. Auditions will be held at Beverly Public Library, 32 Essex St. PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH: – A One-Two minute Shakespearean COMEDIC monologue OR be prepared for cold readings; – Picture & Resume.
