Telsey & Company will hold open auditions for the Broadway production of “Sister Act”. The show is produced by Whoopi Goldberg. They are casting the part of Deloris, an African-American, singing Diva.
Roles:
Deloris Van Cartier
Female, African-American, 25-40. A disco diva wannabe with a mega-watt dream of Donna Summer-esque glory. Mouthy, ballsy, brassy, and quick on the quip – she has no faith in anything or anyone but herself. Needs a powerhouse disco diva voice with a range up to the skies.
