Burlesque theater show in New England is seeking singers and dancers
New Female-Directed Burlesque Show looking for the following acts
Dancers: May allow for some solo performances, and there will be many group numbers as well.
Singers/Solo: looking for STRONG soloists that can carry and captivate an entire room.
Singers/Chorus: Gals who can dance and carry a tune in the chorus.
Bellydancer: we are looking for 1-2 bellydancers. No nudity involved, but we’re definitely looking for slower, more sultry performances that will definitely captivate the male audience.
Burlesque Performers: Group or solo acts, in the true sense of the word “Burlesque.” Looking for more of the striptease type of act here a la Dita Von Teese.
Audience Characters: our audience characters will also be in full costume, greeting audience members when they come in, mingling with the audience, and “playing the role” of the show before, during, and after. Will be scripted and blocked/rehearsed.
