Submit a recent photo of yourself with your name and contact number along with a 2 page typed detailed summary outlining your crazy or exciting relationship, including who is involved, what drama you’ve created, did you get your heart broken, are you still in love or involved with this person, does the other woman know about you, what type of benefits are you getting from or giving to this person? We want to hear about your wildest events in this relationship.
