I’m Giulia Chini, a student from the Ma Costume Design for Performance at London College of Fashion.
For my university film project I’m looking for a young male actor (about 20-35) with a rude and masculine aspect, preferably tall and with dark hair.
In the shot I will represent the Executioner, a character from the play “The Balcony” by Jean Genet.
He is an ambiguous character, sensual and cynic at the same time; I would like you to be playful and ironic in order to enact this grotesque and carnival character.
The shot will be of 3 minutes duration and will take place at the end of March, you will also need to be available for short fitting sessions of the costume.
This is an unpaid position but a great opportunity for your future curriculum, at the end of the shooting you will get professional pictures and a video about your performance.
