The Zoo’s Cheerleaders have come a long way since bursting on to the adult Cheer scene as Space City Zoo several years ago. Now known as Zoo Fever, Zoo’s competitive team is planning a really exciting 2011/12 season with five competitions (Senior Pom Dance division), two new sponsors and several big promotional events already lined up.
*Try-outs are scheduled for Sunday 25th September at Cannons Health Club in Richmond, Surrey.*
Why should I try out?
As a member of Zoo Fever, you will be joining a squad with a National Championship title in Pom Dance, which we hope to retain and build on this year. Not only do we compete, but as a professional cheerleading squad, we are often booked for fun corporate events, which give all our girls the opportunity to earn some extra pocket money whilst showing off their skills.
In the last year alone, we have shot an editorial spread for high fashion magazine Love, appeared on Sky1’s A League of Their Own with James Corden and entertained the crowds at a UK Film Premiere.

How do I try-out?
If the above sounds like you, then we can’t wait to meet you!
You will first need to complete the try-outs application form on the registration section of our website. We also recommend that you familiarise yourself with the squad by reading through all the information on our website to fully understand what we’re about and what is expected, and what benefits you receive with your possible membership.
We will advise you if your application has been successful no later than Sunday 4th September to ensure that you have enough time to learn the video tutorial of the squad routine (applications will be accepted after this but be aware this will reduce the time you have available to learn the routine).
