UNTITLED BOY BAND PROJECT

Producers who have worked with A-list UK talent are seeking to create a USA-based Top 40 Pop Boy Band. Part-time commitment and rehearsals are unpaid for one week in April 2012 and one week in May 2012. Throughout this process the groups dynamic and chemistry will be evaluated. Beyond that, full compensation, and a recording contract up to $200,000 will be offered. Full-time commitment and compensation begins June 2012 till November 2012 with the hopes to tour upon release of material.

Please note: This entire rehearsal process will be filmed as a documentary. Think “making the band” reality TV. If you don’t want to be a singing reality star, this is not the audition for you.

Requirements include:
-Look between the ages 19-24. You must be 18+. No minors.
-You must live in Los Angeles, CA. No exceptions.
-Open availability from February 2012-November 2012. Out-of-town actors or musical theatre performers who may book out-of-town work need not to apply.
-Strong harmonies are imperative. If you can’t sing harmonies, this is not the group for you.
-Be able to move well and pick up choreography.
-Be sexy. We are looking for beautiful people. Models who sing harmony and move well will be considered.
-Union members (SAG/AFTRA/AEA) can apply. However, for the documentary, understand that you will have to suspend your union status for a few months. Non-Union preferred.
-Absolutely no talent already under a contract. No current record or development deals may be in effect between February 2012-November 2012.
-Male, any ethnicity.

Open call auditions and agent-appointments take place the first week of February 2012 in Los Angeles, CA. Audition information will be available on actors access and backstage this Winter.
