DESCRIPTION: “Send in the Clowns” for the Tony Award winning hit musical, “A Little Night Music”. Romance, longing and sex intermingle on a sultry summer night in 1900s Sweden. Village Theatre Guild of Glen Ellyn (VTG) announces auditions for its 2012-2013 season opener, “A Little Night Music”. This classy and classic musical has a book by Hugh Wheeler and music & lyrics by Stephen Sondheim. Performances of “A Little Night Music” are October 19 – November 10, 2012. Shows are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm and Sundays at 3:00 pm. Craig Gustafson is directing. Doug Orlyk is musical director. Lee McFadden is producing.
