Boys and Girls for Feature Film ‘Labor Day’

The feature film Labor Day is now casting a boy and a girl between the ages of 10 and 14. The 2 roles are to play Henry who is 13 and Eleanor who is 14.
The project is directed by Jason Reitman (JUNO, YOUNG ADLOT, UP IN THE AIR.) and will be cast by Chrystie Street Casting. The movie will shoot in Massachusetts begining early in the summer of 2012.
Breakdown of Roles:
HENRY – 13 Years old (submit 10-14yrs), Caucasian Male – Henry is a true innocent. He has taken over the role of caretaker and protector to his fragile, reclusive mother Adele. He is an observant boy who understands his mother’s loneliness, but is too young to understand why he cannot entirely fill it. When a new man enters the picture, the friend-less Henry is both exhilarated by the relationship and threatened by the prospect that he is no longer needed by his mother. LEAD
ELEANOR – 14yrs, (submit 10-14 yrs) Caucasian. She is a skinny girl, a product of a broken home, she is newly moved from a big city to live with her father and already bored with the small town entertainments. An intelligent girl, Eleanor learned how to get what she wants with wit, calculations and her newly developed sexual awareness. To Henry she is the mysterious hot girl who seems to know everything about the world that he doesn’t. LEAD

I read the part for Eleanor, and I think it sounds great! If there is any way I could see the script, I would love that a lot. I am 14 and look my age. I am pretty mature also. Hi, my name is Grecia Gonzales,14 and I am 5’2 and have dark brown Hair, light skin, light brown eyes. Also Hispanic, I have clear English and spanish not much of an accent. I saw this role and I feel like I have what It takes. I’m a hard worker love to act also when it comes to business I don’t play around until the job is done correctly. I stay focused at all times. I’m so & so years old and I’m an aspiring actress. I read over the part if ELEANOR. But when this movie does come out… what’s it rated, I will NOT be in a p.g 13 movie.
