One of the nation’s largest improv theater companies is looking to hire a regional director to be based in New Jersey. This high level position will involve managing a cast of local actors and performances. As the head of your troupe you will be staffing and participating in over 300 shows annually. This is a full time position providing hourly pay coupled with additional pay per performance worked.
The Ideal Candidate must have experience with performance management and must be well organized, and an excellent communicator.
