Hi ladies,
The RS. Divas are opening our doors to welcome new faces into our happy dance family. In the 10 years that we have been in business, we have grown from 3 determined dancers, to an active working roster of over 25 brilliant, determined dancers.
What are we determined to do? Provide the highest quality of live entertainment in Canada. Our company has already been winner of the Top Choice Aware for Best Live Entertainment, twice. We are poised, ready and SO excited to push our company, and our dancers to the next level through innovative performances that you won’t find anywhere else in Canada.
We care about our dancers, and endeavor to make your experience with our company the best it can be by tending to the small details. For example – we make sure you have a clean, safe change room where you can lock your belongings at your shows.
We value great relationships with our clients, and venues and keep things positive and professional.
We reward hard work with more performances (more money) and are very loyal to our girls.
RS. Divas is truly a family. We work hard, play hard, laugh hard, and support each other to achieve a great performance, every time.
What We Offer:
– All SHOWS are PAID, and paid promptly after each performance. No waiting weeks for your money, all rates are competitive.
– Steady work for those who work hard, come to the rehearsals regularly, and give their best.
– Full training on all existing choreography and in-house auditions for new opportunities as they arise.
– Stunning, glamorous costumes are all provided to you, except for personal items – shoes, nude fishnets, nude undergarments, hair piece.
-Transportation is provided for every show, unless you can drive – in which case we may ask you to carpool with 1 or 2 girls at your convenience. Carpool drivers are reimbursed for gas mileage on show-related travel.
– Group Rehearsals every Sunday from January – April, then once monthly afterwords for cleaning and maintaining the small details. You will most likely be working so often that more rehearsal time is unnecessary.
Who We Are Looking For:
– Minimum Height required is 5’6
– Drive Licenses preferred, but not require.
– High energy professionals who love what they do, and want to work
– Technical background in at least one of Latin/Ballroom, Jazz, Ballet is essential.
– Ability to pick up choreography quickly
– Availability weekend evenings, as our shows usually take place Friday-Sunday somewhere between 7-11 pm
Girls who see their own potential within the company, and will make the RS. Divas a top priority.
We have a big year lined up. It won’t be easy, but it will be fun and rewarding.
