Woodland Theatre Company announces two open auditions dates for A Chorus Line at the Lowell Mason Auditorium in Medfield, MA. Monday, August 27th and Tuesday, August 28th.
Be prepared to dance at 7pm sharp. Singing will follow the dance audition. Please prepare 32-bars of an appropriate musical theatre song not from the show. Callbacks will be held on Thursday, August 30th. Seeking talented dancers, singers, and actors from throughout the metro west area. All roles open except Diana Morales.
Four rehearsals will be in mid-December with additional rehearsals resuming January 2nd. Production will run January 25th through January 27th, 2013. Be prepared to list any potential conflicts at the open call. Your availability during the rehearsal process will play a key factor in casting. If you are cast, no additional conflicts will be accepted.
A Chorus Line will be directed by Doug Hodge. Music direction by Chris Holownia. Original Michael Bennett choreography will be remounted by Broadway veteran and A Chorus Line alumni, Martie Ramm.
