ANTM has just announced auditions and the audition schedule for cycle 21!
That’s right, we have been waiting for this announcement for many months now and it finally came. There will be a cycle 21 of ANTM, the popular CW reality modeling competition and auditions for Top Model will be beginning in December.
For the last decade tons of wannabe models have followed the Tyra Banks show closely, as well as the casting calls. The show takes a dozen plus young modeling hopefuls and gives the ladies, and now men, a chance to fight for a modeling contract on a reality TV series that includes some amazing locations and awesome photoshoots.
ANTM will be coming back in 2014. The tryout schedule is set to begin next month and will most likely continue into early 2014 and the show is set to begin filming in February 2014 through March of 2014. The show will most likely air in the summer months.
The show has been on for over a decade and Tyra’s franchise is still going strong on the CW network. Over the last few cycles a few things have changed, for one, the show is now accepting male models. They have also cut down the schedule a bit and rather that doing 2 cycles of Top Model a year they are now only doing one. Yes, I know that sucks for ladies who want to get on the show since it also cuts their audition schedules to one time a year rather than the 2 we were so used to for so long.
CW has released the first few location that casting directors will be coming to and you can see those below. I would imagine that many more dates and locations will be added as we get closer to those dates.

Over the past few seasons, the show has taken a few twists which left a few hopefuls in the dust. The previous season also had male models which took up a few spots, the one before was a college edition which only accepted models who were in schools and prior to that they did an all star show which did not do any casting calls at all.
This season will still be taking men, however, TOP MODEL, seems to have reduced their height requirement by 1 inch. To apply for this cycle you must be at least 5’6″, not the 5’7″ that they had used in the past. You must also be a legal US resident that is between the ages of 18 and 27.
As with many years past, the show releases open call information at different times during the casting process , so the list of open casting call dates and times will most likely be expanded. We will try to keep you updated on changes to the schedule and any additional cities that the show will be coming to.
What are the age and height requirements to audition for this show ?
There is a new ANTM casting call for 2015, please see that page. They have removed the height requirements but age is still the same, 18 – 27 I believe.
I will try my best to make it to PA to try out for an audition. I want this, I live this and I have to have it. I live in New York so PA here I come. I love Tyra banks?

I’m inquiring for my daughter who is very much interested in becoming america’s next top model. She just graduated high school in georgia and would love to be on the show. Bryanna is 18 yrs of age and waiting to see what she can do for herself and the show. She has no experience other than she models and print ad material. She now resides in the san fernando valley and needs to have this under her belt and be willingly able to give her all to her beginning a career. Please let me know what the next step is to take.

The next step is attending an open call. They seem to only do it once a year now and the last one was in December, so probably December 2014 or January 2015.
I love this show but why don’t Tyra do the America next top model over 40, I think it would be a hit…..
