PREMISE
Two people have the same dream job. The Boss lets them know they are finalists but he wants to take the interview further. He invites himself to their houses for dinner. After dinner the boss reveals that he will be staying with them both on and off throughout the weekend. Moments with the Boss and the candidates with their families will be awkward, nervous, and humorous.
CHARACTER #1 – THE BOSS
*Caucasian
*late 40’s – early 60’s
*Mature, Intelligent, Confident
*Ready to put the candidates to the test over the weekend for them to land their dream job
*Fashionable, sharp dresser
CHARACTER #2 – CANDIDATE (2 roles)
*Late 20’s – early 30’s
*Has a young family to support
*Job means the world to them and will do whatever it takes to impress the Boss
*Casual or business attire
CHARACTER #3 – SPOUSE (2 roles)

*Supportive of their spouse, but thrown off by him staying for the weekend at the house
