Synopsis: A young friendship suffers due to misconceptions of cultural differences.
Characters:
Rosa: A tan girl of Hispanic decent – dark eyes and dark hair. Must speak Spanish. 8-12 years old. Sweet fun-loving girl, loves the outdoors and embraces her Mexican culture.
Emily: A Caucasian – light hair, light eyes. 8-12 years old. Sweet fun-loving girl who doesn’t quite understand her mothers rules.
Christine – Emily’s mother. Late thirties, early forties. Light hair, light eyes. Slim. Uptight, old-fashioned views, rules her household within iron fist. Wants the best for her daughter.
Maria – Rosa’s mother. Late thirties, early forties. Migrant farm worker. Positive, Hard- working and extremely loving.

Additional Information:
A Senior run University of Miami short film looking to be entered into film festivals around Miami. Crewed up with hard working and talented UM students!
