I’m seeking people involved in all aspects of the arts and entertainment community to participate in an upcoming documentary film on the proven correlation between creativity, depression and attempted suicide. Everyone involved will decide for themselves on what degree of anonymity they’re comfortable with. ALL responses will be held in STRICT confidence.

Hi,
I think I would be perfect for your documentary. I am diagnosed bi-polar, straight A student attending UCLA and have dealt with depression and suicidal thoughts for as long as I can remember, especially after my best friend Jason committed suicide, the thought became more and more of an option. At face value you would never know how my life is, what it is.
