NBC show ‘Revolution’ is filming in the Austin Texas area. Casting director’s are seeking people who would like to work as extras in the Austin area that have not yet worked on the show.

Revolution is about a massive blackout and the struggle faced in a world where technology has disappeared.
A family and a group of survivors try to re-establish their new world post the blackout and fight off the enemies that come their way.
The show’s first season filmed in Wilmington and season 2 which premiered last month is filming in Austin. Season 2 of the show is scheduled to go through the spring of 2014.
Revolution is created by Eric Kripke and produced by J. J. Abrams and his production company, Bad Robot. The show airs on NBC on Monday nights and it premiered in September of last year. The series has been renewed for a new season. The pilot for the series was directed by Jon Favreau whose otrher projects included the block busters Iron Man, Iron Man 2 & 3, The Avengers and Cowboys & Aliens.
The TV series stars Zak Orth, Elizabeth Mitchell, Billy Burke and many others who portray a group struggling with life post blackout. The group of revolutionaries confronts a militia that took charge in a world wiped free of all electrical devices, TV’s and gadgets.

AUSTIN, TX Casting Notice – NBC series “Revolution” for work on WEDNESDAY 11/6/13.
Pay rate is $64.00 for 8 hours plus overtime paid after 8 hours (if necessary).
You MUST have proof of Texas Residency in the form of a Texas Driver’s License or ID, Texas College ID or Texas Voter’s Registration Card.
*MUST be a NEW face – who has yet to work on this project!
Location is in the AUSTIN, TX area
