Hello, My name is Rita and I have been planning for 2 years to start cooking as a business. I have found a location that I believe will work but have had lots of delays ie. Mom had cancer of pancreas, she is ok now, kitchen not up to code and last but not least, lack of funds. My plan is to cook lots of my best recipes and service to the community family style with dessert included with price of dinner. leftovers to go home with guest. Also to have lots of dishes that can be ordered and taken home. My community has a lot of seniors that can’t always prepare food due to illness or age. I have always dreamed of opening my own restaurant. I found a place I have been working on for 2 years but I just don’t have the funds to kick it off. While working on getting it opened, I had been given emergency custody of my grandchildren so the funds I was using for my new place went to the raising of these children. Now its on hold, but if I don’t do something soon, I could loose it all together. When I saw this post on FB I thought, I still might have a chance! Thank you for listening.
