Ford Model and V Magazine model search and modeling competition 2013 / 2014
Ford Models and V Magazine have teamed up for a nationwide model search going on now. ARE YOU THE NEXT FEMALE FACE OF FASHION? You can now submit your modeling application online to find out.
This is a modeling competition that will be judged by a panel of fashion and beauty insiders. The winner of the modeling contest will get a chance to be in a photo shoot with a famed fashion photographer.
In the spring of 2013, Vman and Ford teamed up to do a male model search. The winner of that search appeared on Vman magazine and was also in a photoshoot that was taken by fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld.
The full prize for the winner of the 2014 model search has not yet been announced, but looking at past contests, I’m sure it will be great.
Ford Models is one of the most respected modeling agencies around and has done an annual model search / modeling contest annually for the last few years. Ford models is also one of the oldest modeling agencies in New York City. The agency was started in in 1946 by Eileen and Gerard W. Ford.
The agency has represented a diverse list of models and many super models. In 1980, the company established the Ford Supermodel of the World Contest that brings in thousands of wannabe models from around the world.
Ford Models has offices in New York, Miami, Chicago and Los Angeles. They also have a Ford Artists division which represents stylists and Make up artists.

As for V Magazine… The mag is a seasonal publication that began in 1999. It is a child of the haute-couture book Visionaire. V magazine issues are based on the spring, fall, winter and summer fashion shows and previews and only releases issues at those times. This model search will be for the Spring 2014 issue of the magazine.
