This is an Emerson College student Film 2 project.
Synopsis
Wallace Seeks Solace is a short 16mm Color film about a young Jewish boy’s journey during the Holocaust. The film is treated like a children’s book, narration and all.
The film will have the feeling of a picture book coming to life. It will all be narrated by one person, including the dialogue. And every line will be rhyming like a Dr. Seuss book. This will intensely contrast with the dramatic nature of the story.
CASTING
Wallace: A young Jewish boy. We are looking for a young caucasian boy between the ages of 10-14.
Shooting dates:
March 23-24 and March 30-31.
