NBC’s new show “Constantine” Casting call for featured roles and extras
“Constantine” is in production of season 1 in the Atlanta area. The show has been casting many extras in recent weeks and is now on the hunt for a few musicians, a male gymnast type, Southern folks, redneck types, people with campers and trailers and older model cars. The scene casting will be filming this coming Monday, the 15th.
The show is based on the “Hellblazer” comics and will star Matt Ryan. Ryan plays British conman turned fighter of evil, John Constantine. Neil Marshal will direct the new NBC series and joining Ryan in the main cast are Harold Perrineau, and Charles Halford. In the pilot episode filmed earlier this year, Lucy Griffiths played the female lead, but the latest news has Griffiths out of the series and her entire character has been replaced by another main female role.
