“American Honey” is in pre-production and is holding a nationwide open casting for its 2 lead roles, male and female. The film is hoping to cast 2 adventurous people who are 18 to 24 years old for the project. The films director, Andrea Arnold (Red Road) is looking for who are wild, physical, fearless and ready for adventure. The project will be filming a cross country road trip.
The film will shoot in the US this summer, July through August.
“American Honey” is a love story about a fiery teenage girl who runs away with a bunch of troubled door-to-door sales kids, and finds herself on a wild adventure across the country.
