They are faced with the sudden death of both parents and their favorite sibling August, which was killed in an automobile accident after receiving news of the death of their parents. The older brother Bankston who knows his siblings many dark secrets, blackmail them to silence. He is appointed the Executor of their parents’ estate and says, “Despite the pain and grief, life must continue on without any interruptions.”
