Background Talent Casting Call in Nashville, Tennessee.
The series “Nashville” is currently filming episodes of the new season and casting directors with OLT is looking for lots of extras for a CMA / awards show scene filming this week. The show’s CD’s are seeking talent to play award show attendees, fans, security, PA’s, venue staff, new people and reporters. Please note that some of the types have a mandatory fitting that talent needs to go to and that fitting is today. So if you live in the Nashville area where the show films and are interested in working as an extra on the set, apply ASAP. Also, this is a multi day booking and talent applying needs to be able to commit for all the dates listed below.
The series tells the story of 2 country singers, one an established star, queen of the charts whose popularity seems to be going downhill now. The other, is a young rising star whose popularity has skyrocketed. The ladies must now go on tour together and the established queen of country now finds herself in the position of having to open for the newcomer…. She was the queen of the charts and living her dream. But when you’re on top, you have to fight to stay there.

OK if you have previously worked as long as it was not within the last 5 days or was as a featured role in a small scene–
Pay rate for EXTRAS is $64.00 for 8 hours ($8.00/hour with an 8 hour guarantee). Overtime will be paid after 8 hours. You will receive a check in the mail 10-14 business days AFTER you work.
We do NOT yet have Call Times so you would need to be available ALL DAY. You MUST have open/flexible availability if submitting so that you can work WHATEVER the call times ends up being. If not, please DO NOT SUBMIT! .

CMA AWARDS FAN GIRLS: female, all ethnicities, age range 18-25, attractive, pretty, good personality. Would be placed around the stage when “Will” is performing and you are his pre-selected Fan Girls that grab his attention. (you would also work in other CMA Awards scenes as part of the Awards Attendees) **MUST ALSO BE AVAILABLE TO COME IN TODAY (Monday 10/6/14 between 5:00pm-7:00pm for a wardrobe fitting! – please specify when submitting)
CMA AWARDS ATTENDEES: female and male, all ethnicities, age range 26-60, attractive, pretty, in shape, classy, elegant, stylish. (our wardrobe dept. will be dressing people as Awards Attendees in various roles (at THEIR discretion) such as Country Music Stars, Music Executives, Musicians, Songwriters, Agents, Fan Girls, VIPS – who would all work in various CMA Awards red carpet, auditorium and backstage scenes) **MUST ALSO BE AVAILABLE TO COME IN TODAY (Monday 10/6/14 between 5:00pm-7:00pm for a wardrobe fitting! – please specify when submitting)
BRIDGESTONE SECURITY: male, all ethnicities, age range 18-40, larger stature
VIP SECURITY: male, all ethnicities, age range 23-55, tall, lean, fit, intimidating, should have your own black suit
EVENT PAs: male and female, all ethnicities, age range 18-25, xlean-cut, conservative
CONCESSION STAND WORKERS: male and female, all ethnicities, age range 18-55, variety of types (*works WEDS. 10/8/14 ONLY!)
LIMO DRIVERS: male, all ethnicities, age range 23-60, conservative, should have your own black suit
NEWS CAMERAMEN: male, all ethnicities, age range 25-5, should have some familiarity with video cameras
REPORTERS: male and female, all ethnicites, age range 26-50, upscale, conservative, attractive, professional, should have business attire
