Atlanta, Georgia background talent – “Constantine“
The new NBC / Warner Bros. TV series “Constantine” just premiered a few weeks back but is still in production of season 1 and casting extras. “Constantine” is based on the ‘Hellblazer‘ DC comics series. “Constantine” focuses on a ex conman, John Constantine who has some very cool powers, he is a master of the occult and uses his dark arts to fight darkness with darkness. Matt Ryan will star as John Constantine. The new series is part of the NBC 2014 /2015 fall lineup. Directing the new supernatural themed show is Neil Marshal and executive producing for “Constantine” is Daniel Cerone (“Dexter”) and David S. Goyer (“Man of Steel,” “The Dark Knight Rises”).
The TV series is looking to cast some college aged background actors / extras to work on set next Monday and Tuesday. Talent does not actually need to be available on both shoot dates. They are also interested in those who own a bicycle or a skateboard. The show films in the Atlanta area and all ethnicities between the ages of 18 and 25 are welcome to apply. The show is also seeking to hire some photo doubles. See the information on those at the bottom of this post. Be sure to also check out all the other casting calls going on in the Atlanta area.
According to the NBC site – John Constantine is already damned to hell, he’s decided to abandon his campaign against evil until a series of events thrusts him back into the fray, and he’ll do whatever it takes to protect the innocent. With the balance of good and evil on the line?, Constantine will use his skills to travel the country, find the supernatural terrors that threaten our world and send them back where they belong. After that, who knows… maybe there’s hope for him and his soul after all.
