Casting movie extras to work in early 2015
The new Robert DeNiro / Zac Efron film previously called “Dirty Grandpa” will begin filming again after the holidays and casting directors at CL in Atlanta are seeking talent to fill quite a few background roles. The film is seeking lawyer types, Irish types, Italian types, Catholic school girl types, sexy ladies, police, piano players, seniors and general extras ages 18 to 70+.
Most of the roles listed below will work in mid January in the Atlanta area and all roles are paid.
According to a Deadline report Vampire Academy’s Zoey Deutch has also been added to the cast of the Lionsgate comedy Dirty Grandpa. The film is described as a road trip comedy in which foul mouthed and dirty minded, Robert DeNiro talks a pretty uptight Efron into driving to Florida for a spring break event. Zoey Deutch will star as Shadia who will be Efron’s love interest in the film.
“Dirty Grandpa” is written and directed by Dan Mazer (“Da Ali G. Show”) with the screenplay written by John Phillips. “Dirty Grandpa” will be produced by Barry Johnson and will be out in theaters in the summer of 2016. Bill Block, Jason Barrett, Barry Josephson and Michael Simkin are all producing the Lionsgate film.
