Director Edwin Decena is about to begin production on “Chase” and holding auditions for both new and experienced actors in the DMV area yo fill the lead and supporting roles.
The film is seeking to cast young African American actors between the ages of 18 and 22 for the lead roles but also has some supporting roles available for other ethnicities and age groups.
Decena’s work is recognized for its gritty realism, cinematic aesthetic, thorough and honest characterizations that shape his well rounded narrative pieces. His work has been viewed in various networks and festivals in the U.S. and abroad.
I’m proud to announce we are working on our first film series called CHASE. The series is based in the DMV, primarily filming in Washington DC and Baltimore. It’s a series grounded in the streets of our area. We want to it to be as AUTHENTIC as possible and are looking for experienced as well as new raw talent to fill these roles.
