Actress for corporate industrial video

I am looking for a female actress that looks like a HGTV or DIY network TV host for a corporate industrial video. This is an installation video and there will be a script.
We will be shooting in Irvine, CA on 9/9/15 (pending client approval). There will be pay but net 30.
I have been in business in orange county, and have been working with clients like Toyota, Stanley, Black and Decker, etc.
The shoot will be home improvement installation of a product. We just need our actress to say the lines like she is the expert in the installation of this product.
