Extras Wanted for MTV “Finding Carter”

MTV series needs criminal looking background talent

The MTV series “Finding Carter” is about to wrap for the season but there is still time to get into the last few scenes. The show just released a new casting notice for paid background actors and photo doubles. The series extras casting directors are only looking for adults , 18+, to fill some very specific small roles listed below. They are also seeking a couple of photo doubles. Please see below for all the details.

“Finding Carter” is a teen oriented drama about Carter, played by Kathryn Prescott (“Skins), a teen who finds out that the mom she has known all her life is not actually her mother. There are a number of TV shows filming in the Atlanta area as well as a few films. You can check out all the Atlanta castings on this page.

“Finding Carter” stars Kathryn Prescott, Alexis Denisof, Milena Govich, Cynthia Watros, Meredith Baxter, Robert Pine, Anna Jacoby-Heron and Zac Pullam.

We are adding a scene to tomorrow on Finding Carter and are quickly looking for the following:
MALE Guards – Males, 5’10 or taller
MALE TEEN – Age 18 to 21 (getting out of detention center)
PARENT OF TEEN- Ages late 30’s to early 50’s (male or female)

Police Station Clerk: Seeking professional-looking men or women, ages 30’s to 50’s to portray a clerk at a police station. Works Wednesday 10/28.

Bad Girls & Guys: Ready to get locked up? Looking for people that have a tough look, “lady of the night” look, or thin/addict look. Works Wednesday 10/28 or Friday 10/30. No experience necessary.

Detectives: Seeking both males and females to portray detectives at a police station. Should have a “private eye” look. Works Wednesday 10/28 or Friday 10/30..

COPS – Seeking male and females with previous police experience or any military experience to portray cops. Males must be clean shaven, and at least 5’10. Works Wednesday 10/28 or Friday 10/30..

Pedestrians – Seeking active walkers to portray pedestrians. Must be able to walk around without tiring! Works Wednesday 10/28 or Friday 10/30.

Police Officer – Seeking a tall (5’10 or taller), fit male to portray a police officer at a hospital. Works Thursday 10/29

Hospital Administrator – Seeking Male and Females, All Ethnicities. Ages 30’s to 50’s to portray hospital administrators. Works Thursday 10/29

Doctors & Nurses – Seeking experienced medical personnel to work in a hospital setting. If you have actual medical experience, please list this in your submission. Works Thursday 10/29

Patients and Visitors – Seeking all ethnicities, and ages over 18 to portray patients & visitors at a hospital. Works Thursday 10/29

Photo doubles:

CAUCASIAN MALES WITH LONG HAIR

Casting males with chin or shoulder-length hair. Casting both blonde and brunette males with hair that is at least to their chin. Rate is $140 if you are selected to work as a double! Work date is probably TUESDAY of this week.

African American Female 5’2 – 5’3
Casting for a thin/light-skinned African American female that looks like one of our actresses. Should be between 5’2 and 5’3, preferably. WILL CONSIDER CAUCASIAN & AFRICAN AMERICAN MIX.
Rate is $140 if you are selected to work as her look-alike! Work date is probably TUESDAY of this week.
