‘The 5th Wave’ Extras Wanted in Atlanta
The film’s extras casting directors are seeking some military types who have some weapons training for scenes filming later this week in the Macon area. The project is only seeking people local to the Atlanta / Macon area that have not yet worked on camera in this film.
‘The 5th Wave‘ is supposedly the first movie in a new YA alien invasion series. The movie is based on the Rick Yancey novel about a teen girl living in a post apocalyptic world. The first of the films will be hitting theaters in 2016 and will star Chloë Grace Moretz (‘Kick Ass‘) as Cassie Sullivan, a young survivor of a massive attack on the planet. The aliens have attacked 4 times now and the survivors are bracing for the inevitable 5th wave of attacks. Cassie sets off on a journey to find her brother who she got separated from. Cassie is joined by a young man named Evan Walker who is played by Alex Roe . ‘The 5th Wave‘ will also star Liev Schreiber and Nick Robinson as ‘Zombie’. The film is backed by Sony Pictures and being executive produced by Toby Maguire.

NIGHT SHOOTING – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Casting for MEN and WOMEN, age 25-55,
with WEAPONS SKILLS/TRAINING (military, police or weapon training) to be a part of a small featured group of mercenaries
-Men can be scruffy, longer hair etc ( but not mandatory).
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. THIS IS A 3-DAY BOOKING- This works this THURS 1/8, FRI 1/9 AND SAT 1/10 AT NIGHT..in MACON, GA. Start times will be approx late afternoon each day, and will work until sun-up
2. You MUST NOT have worked on the movie before,
UNLESS you were NOT USED on camera at all OR if you were wearing a mask, unseen. Other than that, no repeats, please. This especially pertains to people who have worked as specific categories, and you know who you are
3. Pay rate is $100 for 8 hrs with OT after that
4. This works in MACON, GA and there will be a $20 gas bump each night to drive to the area UNLESS you live locally to the Macon area
