Paid extras wanted in NYC for HBO’s new show “Vinyl”
Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger are producing a new music oriented TV show for HBO. The show will consist of 10 episodes for the first season and those episodes are now filming in the New York City area. The show’s extras casting directors at GWC in NYC are seeking talent to concert goers in the 70s. Please see the image attached below for the looks needed.
“Vinyl” stars Bobby Cannavale, Olivia Wilde, Ray Romano, Jack Quaid, James Jagger and Andrew Dice Clay. The hour long Rock & Roll series will dive into the 70s world of sex, drugs and rock n roll. Set in New York City, Bobby Cannavale plays Richie Finestra, president of American Century Records. Ray Romano plays Zak Yankovich, one of Richie’s partners and Olivia Wilde plays Richie’s wife, Devon. “Vinyl” will premiere on HBO sometime in 2016.

Seeking CHINESE Men to portray Chinatown Restaurant Wait Staff for the Martin Scorsese & Mick Jagger produced HBO series Vinyl. Shoot is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27th. Wardrobe Fittings are on Thursday 10/22.
Please note this is a 1970s period show. Men must have medium length hair or long hair, no short hair cuts or military cuts.
