Jeanette Airen – Performing Arts Studio will be performing the play Nobody Famous at the TO Arts Festival on September 19th and 20th. We are seeking 4 females and 2 males for the cast.
Nobody Famous – Book by D.M. Larson, Directed by Jeanette Airen.
One-Act comedy about a psychic and some of her customers who get in a bit of trouble.
AUDITION INFO: Saturday, July 18th & 19th (10:00am both days) at Jeanette Airen Performing Arts Studio: 1850 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Thousand Oaks, CA 91362 Please prepare a 1-minute comedic monologue. You will also be asked to read from the script and do a short imporv scene. There is no pay.
CHARACTER BREAKDOWN:
BRENDA: An actress who has a chance at being famous.
HEATHER: Brenda’s slightly ditsy friend who takes her to see Mooch.
MOOCH: A fortune teller who is having an insightful day.
JOE: An angry customer of Mooch’s who didn’t like her prediction.
GINA: Brenda’s agent.
BARRY: A movie scout.
