Open casting call for Male and Female Actors for Disney STAR WARS Show in Orlando Florida to be held next week and in New York City on the 10th of January 2016..

Disney is holding an open casting call for a Star Wars live show in the Orlando area. Disney is looking to fill 2 roles for their “Jedi Training Trials of the Temple” live show which will be performed at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, FL. Open auditions  will be held  on January 4th at the parks Orlando location. The Star Wars Jedi Academy show is specifically looking for fit, athletic actors who have the ability to interact with their audience…and, sword skills are a big plus on this one since actors will be wielding a lightsaber.

If you are an actor in the Orlando area that would love a chance to entertain a crowd and show off your Star Wars light Saber skills on stage… here is a great opportunity for an ongoing acting job. Performers coming in for the auditions must be at least 18 years of age in order to be considered. Please see below for all the details.

Disney Parks and Talent Casting is seeking Actors for 2 roles in the re-imagined Jedi Training Academy to be performed at Disney’s Hollywood Studios® at the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL.

Performers employed by the Walt Disney World® Resort are covered under the terms and conditions of a collective bargaining agreement with Actors’ Equity Association.

Disney Parks and Talent Casting is seeking Actors for 2 roles in Jedi Training Trials of the Temple; to be performed at Disney’s Hollywood Studios® at the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL.

Seeking:

Nedriss: Young Jedi potential; eager yet apprehensive about what is to come. Comedic and high spirited…yet likable. Will lead the kids in lightsaber training.

Vanzell: An experienced Jedi who guides the kids as they face their trial. Able to lead the group and control the show, but have a connection with the kids and audience.
