WOMEN IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

We are looking to cast women with experience in the construction industry for a new reality show pilot for a major cable network. The ideal candidates are outgoing, specialize in a particular area of construction (i.e. construction carpentry), and can wear many hats on a construction project.
If you are a woman who has experience in any of these areas – whether you are in an apprenticeship or training/school, currently working in the field, retired, or have moved to another career – we would like to hear from you.
We are casting women with experience in one or more of the following jobs:
- Project manager
- Engineer
- Plumber
- Glazier
- Electrician
- Metalwork
- Construction Carpentry
- Cement masonry
- Brick masonry
Please send a headshot or recent photo with a brief biography detailing your construction experience. Include education/training and information on professional licenses/certificates/associations, if applicable. Also, include information about any on camera experience. Most importantly, please highlight any capabilities beyond your core trade/expertise i.e. “I am a carpenter by trade but I have experience with painting, pouring cement, installing windows, interior design, etc.” – anything relevant to a construction project.
If selected to move forward in the process, you will need the capability to do a Skype interview with the TV executives.
