Hilarity abounds when the feisty females of Eden Falls, Georgia, decide to shake up their lives. After the loss of a dear friend, the women realize time is precious, and if they’re going to achieve their dreams, they have to get on it now! By the time the women rally together to overcome a list of obstacles and launch their new, improved lives, you’ve got a side-splitting, joyful comedy that will make you laugh out loud and shout “Hallelujah!”

SUGAR LEE THOMPKINS (female, 50 +) – The high-spirited leader of the ladies; vivacious; colorful a dreamer who has invested everything in the purchase of an old church she will turn into a day spa
CARLENE TRAVIS (female, 50 +) – a no-nonsense gal with a dry wit; widowed 3 times
CRYSTAL HART (female, 50 +) – ditzy and lovable; loves to sing and dresses up for every holiday. Needs to carry a tune. Playing the piano would be an asset, but not required.
NITA MOONEY (female, 50 +) – sweet and simple country gal; struggles to keep her delinquent son out of trouble
MAVIS FLOWERS (female, 60 +) – unhappily married; brusque but likable; the eldest of the ladies
BUNNY SUTHERLAND (female, 50 +) – upbeat; seemly aggressive; pleasant, ever-ready smile; passive-aggressive; self proclaimed social arbiter of Eden Falls; Sugar Lee’s longtime nemesis
BOBBY DWAYNE DILLAHUNT (male, 50 +) – The contractor assisting with reapairs – charming with a self-deprecating humor
PORTER PADGETT (male, 50 +) – good-hearted, gregarious blowhard who doesn’t know when to shut up; loud speaker; a little obnoxious; a Momma’s boy who dates Carlene
