We are currently casting for the feature film “Life and nothing more,” written and to be directed by Antonio Méndez Esparza. It is a fictional narrative that will look intensely at the reality of a single mother who lives in North Florida with her three children, in the context of social inequality, with a haunted and unforgiving past, who tries and struggles to make ends meet, to resist the routine and burden of daily life.
Production is scheduled for the end of October through November 2016 in North Florida.
As was the case with his previous film, “Aquí y Allá” (http://www.aquiyallafilm.com/), which premiered at Cannes and the New York Film Festival in 2012, Antonio hopes to work with all nonprofessional actors.
