Stage Play entitled “Definition Of Love”

I am looking to cast people for my upcoming stage play in June.
My stage play is called “Definition of Love” and it’s a reality based play that focuses on unresolved and unforgiving issues in the adolescent years of life that will go on to affect the adult life. It is centered around the lives of 5 young women and how they are looking for the definition of love unintentionally. These five young ladies have been hurt, abandoned and experienced some unforgettable things that have scarred them.
They look for love in men, drugs, money, friends and material things–everything except the good Lord above. It’s a Christian based play. “Definition of Love” has a part 1 & 2 and maybe 3, So if you are auditioning, please be available for all potential productions. We will begin practicing in April for the debut date of June 4, 2016.
In conclusion, I AM CASTING AMBITIOUS, DRIVEN, MOTIVATED, DETERMINED, HEADSTRONG AND WILLING INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE READY FOR SUCCESS. PEOPLE WHO ARE READY TO BUILD AND BECOME THE STAR THAT THEY KNOW THEY WERE BORN TO BE.
Characters I need:
- Fayth: 22-23 years old, sweet and helpful to her friends and family but she does have a boss mentality. She is very headstrong and ambitious.
- Trynittee: 24-25 years old, stylish diva who is fierce and has a money maker mentality. It’s her way or the highway.
- August: 24-25 years old, she is cute, nice and has a big generous heart but she is an opportunist and is very manipulative.
- Parys: 25 years old, and has the most beautiful smile that could light up a dark room. Her dark complexion and beautiful body only compliments her inner fashionista. She also lives life on a pedestal—because she know she is beautiful.
- Heavyn: 28 years old and is Parys’s older sister. She is also dark skinned and beautiful. She has a great, big heart of gold but is very fiery and feisty. she has a past that haunts her and she is looking for a way out.
- Kordyn: 23 years old, and he is a gentleman. Sweet, loving, affectionate and handsome. Kordyn has never had a problem with getting girls but he thinks he has found the one — Fayth. Yes Kordyn is Fayth’s finacee.
- Koree: 26 years old, he is the smooth criminal who steal the hearts of many women only to break them. He is handsome, suave and all the women want him but he is caught between two—Trynittee and Parys.
- Ziyon: 13 years old, sweet introverted young lady who has to warm up to strangers. Even if they are family. The older fraternal twin of Zarei, biological daughter of Heavyn and adopted daughter of Pastor June and Isaac.
- Zarei: 13 years old, outgoing extroverted young lady who loves talking and meeting new people. The younger twin of Ziyon, biological daughter of Heavyn and adopted daughter of Pastor June and Isaac.
- I am looking for a older man to play Isaac as well.
