Ballet Dancer Audition

Misako Ballet Company is holding auditions for both male and female ballet dancers for its local and Ocean City Performances.
We are a professional company with a repertory of classical ballet, modern, contemporary and Japanese themed dances. Dancers have the opportunity to learn a varied repertory which includes Misako Aoki’s original work and that of guest choreographers. We perform frequently in informal and formal venues. In addition to our own concerts at the Rouse Theatre, we have performed at a variety of locations including Baltimore’s Artscape and the Baltimore-Kawasaki Sister City Gala.
When: March 26, 2016 at Misako Ballet Studio from 10:45-12:30.
Where: 5485 Harpers Farm Rd Ste 203 Columbia, MD
Dancers should come prepared to take ballet class and bring pointe shoes if applicable.
Rehearsals will be held in the same location.

Our next gig is at the Ocean City Performing Arts Center. Dancers are paid a stipend. If you have a strong background in dance, either classical ballet or modern and are 18 years or older we encourage you to try out. Come meet our director and share your talents with us. Our auditions occur in a low-stress class atmosphere. Please call to reserve your spot. If applicable bring pointe shoes.
