Applications must be received no later than July 8th, 2016.

Application must include:
– $25 application fee. Cash, Credit or Debit ONLY
– Each member of every duo, or group must fill out an application, but only I fee must be paid per group.
– 2 DVD’s of the exact performance (no more than 3 minutes in length). DVD’s will not be returned.
– Parental or Guardian’s signature if under 18 years old.
– One from of ID per applicant must satisfy all requirements, i.e. Driver’s License attached to application for proof of Tri-State residency.
– Digital Headshot or group photo and a bio emailed to MadisonTheatre@Molloy.edu for program use.
– No commercial or business entities will be accepted.
– We reserve the right to disqualify any submissions of inappropriate entertainment
– Up to 30 acts will be chosen for the preliminaries showcase, and 10 of those acts will be chosen by the judges to move on to the finale round.
– Talent submissions for soloists, duets or groups may include: Comedy, Dance, Vocal, Magic, Country, Instrumental Music, and Novelty Acts.
– Madison Theatre and Molloy College will not be responsible for any play back failures in submission or performance DVDs.
– Applicants selected for the showcase will receive confirmation via telephone or email. Should the applicant not respond within 48 hours, they will be ineligible for the showcase.
– All acts chosen must be present for the dress rehearsal in order to participate in the showcase on July 23, 2016.
– Applicants selected by bring duplicates of their performance materials on DVD for both sound check/dress rehearsal and the showcase.
