Auditions in Maryland for Stage Play “Never Judge a Book by its Cover”

Casting for the stage play “Never Judge a Book by its Cover”.

This play is based off of the same titled book written by Baltimore native: Tyeisha Downer??. “Never Judge a Book by its Cover” is about two females from different walks of life with extremely different personalities. Ambiance is sexy, confident , and outgoing but also conniving and self-centered.

She meets “Ruby” who’s very sweet, kind-hearted and shy with a very nice body as well, but hides her figure behind baggy clothes because of her insecurities and fears. Ruby has never felt loved or valued and she desperately wants someone that she can love and vice versa. These two women become friends and Ruby’s life changes…drastically.
