“The Amaro Family” Web Series

This is a STUDENT project and on original show. No pay will be provided, just the guarantee of a professional, fun, environment and good people.
Please also attach any social media platforms in your email for the Team’s viewing.
Step 1: Pick the character you would like to audition for. The character synopsis can be found on this previous post:

Once you have chosen your character, please send an email stating who you would like to audition for and your availability over the next couple of months.
Step 2: Once we have received your email, a script with your character’s scene(s) will be sent via email a long with any other requirements for that character: singing, accents etc. Create a video acting out your given lines. Please begin by stating your name, age, and location (just LA or OC will be fine). Also, please make sure that your video is clean, precise, and easy to hear.
Step 3: After you have created your audition tape, post your video to YouTube as “Unlisted” and send that link via email ( you will receive this email once you respond to this listing) If you are having trouble uploading to YouTube, sending a video file via email will also suffice.
**Note: Because you are posting the video unlisted, no one but the casting team will be able to see it.**
Step 4: We will send you a conformation email that we have received your video and that it will be under review.
Please note the following deadlines and notices
– October 4th at 12pm is the deadline for all audition tapes to be sent in.
– We will let you know within the next couple of days from the deadline if you have received a callback.
– October 8th will be the callback and informative meeting. Location and time is TBA, but please be prepared to travel to Orange County or LA.
– If you do not receive the role you auditioned for, there are still opportunities for you to be cast as other characters in the series.
