We are currently casting a 30-second public service announcement sponsored by the MA Department of Public Health aimed at parents to address the opiood crisis and the dangers that teenagers face regarding prescription drugs.
The spot features a 14 or 15-year-old boy from a white family who’s looking directly at camera talking to his parents about how they have protected him as a child. He’s now looking to his parents to remain vigilant relative to opioids. It’s a strong, wholesome message informing parents they can protect their teenage children from this threat.
We will be holding a screening test on a July 18th from 2pm-6pm where we will ask interested 14 or 15-year old boys to do an on-camera audition for review by our clients.
This is a non-union public service job in which we will offer an honorarium of $250.
We will be done casting by July 20 and will arrange for filming in the studio in the Boston area before the end of the month.
