2018 RSDIVAS Dance Audition: Looking for Professional Dancers to join the Team.
Location: Toronto, Ontario.

Qualifications:
– Candidates need to be at least 18 years old at the time of the audition.
– Dancers need to be: confidence and have stage presence.
– Dancers must be physically fit.
– Dancers must be dedicated, professional, hard working and strong team players.
– Availability weekend evenings is essential, as our shows usually take place Friday-Sunday between 6-11 pm.
– Licensed drivers are preferred if you live outside the GTA.
*Important information to attend the audition:*
– On the day of the audition please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled audition time to check in and warm up.
– The Dancer will learning a short choreography to examine your capabilities and ability to pick up steps quickly.
– Dancers should be prepared to perform their own choreography highlighting strengths in a one-minute piece;
– Please bring music (IPod), a photo and resumé;
– Appropriate dance attire required; Please wear all black, form fitting attire, with full stage makeup.
– Women, if you have heels or character shoes, please be prepared to dance in them for a portion of your audition.
We Offer:
– Steady gigs will be offered to those who achieve our standard of excellence by working hard using the tools provided to you and attending all rehearsals.
– Mandatory team rehearsals – Sundays (every other Sunday) 11:00AM – 3:00PM @ the Dancemakers. (January – December)
– Full training on all existing choreography and in-house auditions for new opportunities as they arise.
– We help the dancers maximizing their potential and refine their skills in a professional environment.
– Mandatory team meetings.
Please note that:
RSDivas Creative will not pay for any expenses incurred by candidates attending the auditions;
These are general auditions for all roles in our current shows and upcoming creations. Candidates who successfully pass the auditions will become part of our database of potential artists for future casting calls – we do not offer contracts at the auditions.
NOTE: If you cannot commit with the rehearsals, weekends shows and meetings please do not apply for this audition.
