New CNBC Science Show Casting in Boston, MA

CNBC SCIENCE SHOW – SHOOT THURS 6/15

Location: Boston, MA

Type: Docu-series

We are looking for 2 on-camera participants for a very fun, nationally televised segment we’re shooting for a new CNBC science and technology show.

The segment focuses on brain training and performance, looking specifically at sharpshooting. We will be filming with a neuroscientist, an expert marksman, and three novice shooters (our host and two people we are casting).

The question: using our scientist’s wearable technology, can the novices train their brains to significantly improve their shooting over the course of a single day?

We will be filming on THURSDAY, JUNE 15TH at a rifle range in MA. You will start off the day by getting some basic instruction on firing a rifle. Then we’ll do some initial target practice. Our neuroscientist will then rig you up with her wearable headset that will help train your brain to more easily “get in the zone” throughout the day. Then that afternoon we’ll see how you improved!

Participants will:
-be on national television
-get a free lunch and snacks
-be paid $50
-have an awesome, memorable, and educational experience

Ideally participants have little to no prior experience shooting.

Please send some photos, a bit about yourself, and why you’d be good for the show. We’re looking for fun-loving, good-humored, adventurous folks. Extra emphasis on gender/racial diversity.

Payment: Paid
