Capstone Pictures is associated with Miami University and has previously garnered much recognition for its films including 4 awards from the regional chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and The Rochester International Film Festival. Every year alumni, such as Hollywood Director of Photography, AJ Rickert-Epstein, assist in the production.
Suicide Man tells the story of David Smith, a man whose intense inward struggle reveals his remarkable gift: the ability to defy death. The question becomes, how should David use his newfound power? Should he become a TV star? Or should he try to inspire others going through similar struggles? It seems like everybody has an opinion—except for David . . .
