The sixth annual Sacramento Stand-Up Competition will be held Friday, June 22 – Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Sacramento Comedy Spot. This event features comedians from all over the country competing for a $1,000 Grand Prize and over $2000 in total prize money. Comedians not only perform in competition shows; they also get to perform in shows produced by Sacramento comedians, covering a wide range of formats. It is not only a competition, but an opportunity to for comedians to network with each other, meet industry professionals, and perform in one of the best comedy cities in the United States.
Applicants must have a link to a 5-minute, unedited, video of their stand-up set taking place inside of a comedy venue. Remember: If we can not hear or see you, then our selection committee can not realistically make a decision. If chosen, comedians are responsible for their own travel expenses. This is NOT a competition for amateurs. $20 application fee will apply upon completion of the online application
