Synopsis:
A father recovering from addiction has to face his two estranged sons, after their mother dies suddenly in a car accident.

A recovering alcoholic, forced to reunite with his two estranged sons after 20 years of separation, when their mother suddenly dies in a car accident; his ten years of sobriety is being challenged.

Son of Charles. Married to Grace. A perfectionist who has found success at work, but at a cost.
[Clarice] [GENDER: Female] [AGE: 50-65 ] [African-American]
A life-long friend of Charles. She has helped him through sobriety and finds herself being the voice of reason.
[Grace] [GENDER: Female] [AGE: 25-35] [All Ethnicities]
Married to Donovan. She is lively and inquisitive. She longs to be a mother.
[Brenda] [GENDER:Female] [AGE: 40-55] [African-American]
The mother of Donovan and Michael. No longer married to Charles, her sudden death causes the family to deal with the demons of their past.

Smart, charismatic, and strong. She is an art critic who sees right through Michael and his ego.

Neo-soul resident singer at a popular Lounge. She was engaged to Michael, but has since found love and preparing to wed.
