Kid Casting for Nick Show “Young Dylon” in the Atlanta area.
Looking to get your kids on a Nickelodeon show? Got sometime this spring break to get your kid a small role on a popular Nickelodeon show? If you live in the Atlanta area, here is your chance because a casting audition is out for children ages 9 and up that are available in the Atlanta area ASAP. ASAP is this week. The roles are for small extras roles on set of Young Dylan which films in Atlanta, Georgia.
The show is produced by Tyler Perry for Nickelodeon Network. Please note that these are small roles and that those interested must be available in the ATL as soon as tomorrow which means that they are only looking for locals.
“Young Dylan” is a popular American sitcom that premiered on Nickelodeon on February 29, 2020. Created by Tyler Perry, the show follows the adventures of an aspiring rapper named Dylan (played by Dylan Gilmer) who moves from Chicago to live with his relatives in a wealthy suburb after his mother gets a job opportunity. Dylan’s aunt Marnie (Aloma Wright) and uncle, a successful businessman named Mike (Carl Anthony Payne II), try to help him adjust to his new surroundings while also dealing with the challenges of raising a preteen.
The show’s comedic style and heartwarming storylines have resonated with both young and adult audiences, making it a hit among Nickelodeon’s programming. CAB Castings, LLC. is NOW CASTING FOR 15 PAID MINOR EXTRAS (ages 9 and up ONLY) to portray a KIDS @ LAUNCH PARTY in scenes on the hit NICKELODEON show, “YOUNG DYLAN” filming in Atlanta, GA.
FILM DAY:
WEDNESDAY APRIL 26, 2023
-> You will have to Covid test TOMORROW 4/25 between 7am – 11am in order to work this day.
The breakdown for the MINOR EXTRAS is:
-15 MINOR KIDS @ LAUNCH PARTY
– ALL RACES
– AGES 9 AND UP (For legal reasons this age is a must)
– MUST BE IN HEIGHT RANGE OF (4’10 to 5’4 tall)
– LOCALS IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA
Please have open availability during this time as dates vary throughout the time period above.
The rate for extras on this production is $100 for 10hrs of work which you will receive in the form of a check in the mail 2 to 3 weeks after filming. Payments will be by check through the mail. All information for the check will be filled out on a voucher the parent submits upon the minor’s arrival to set. Minors will be on set for 10 hours or less.
Minors will receive a work number from the state which is necessary to be hired as an extra.
Once all information is received, the booking process begins.
During booking, someone from casting will call and confirm the minors and parents are still available for filming. They then will receive more information pertaining to the shoot with info such as date, time, location, Covid testing protocol and wardrobe instructions.
COVID TESTING:
– You will have to Covid test on WEDNESDAY, 4/25 between 7am and 11am in order to work these days. You will be paid $25 for each test taken.
