Casting Call for TV Commercial

A Casting agency just released a casting call for families for a NATIONAL TV spot to air during the Superbowl. The casting call is asking for REAL families, not actors for featured, yet non-speaking parts in the spot.

They are looking for families that consist of a MOM, DAD and 2-4 KIDS ages 8 to 16 years old.  They are looking for outdoorsy type families that look active and natural.

At this time, casting directors are only looking for Caucasian families. The TV commercial will be filming in New Mexico soon and the deadline to apply is the 13th. The TV commercial will be filming in the Albuquerque, NM area and all selected will get SAG level pay which is $627.00 per family member.

The spot will be filming on the following days:  Sunday 11/24/13 -or- Monday 11/25/13. Anyone selected will need to be available on both days in New Mexico for production. The shoot will only be one day.

The commercial will be doing photo submissions and those chosen may need to do a online (Skype) interview.

Shoot Location: Albuquerque, NM

Pay rate: SAG-AFTRA Scale ($627.75 per family member) – NO Agency Fee as we are looking for non-represented “Real People”. Will be paid residuals if likeness is used in final edit.

Run/Usage: National Network/Spot Market/Internet/Cable/Foreign/Theatrical-Industrial/New Media. Will be paid usage residuals if likeness is used in final edit.

These will be FEATURED (Non-Speaking Principal) roles for COMMERCIAL air.

ONLY CASTING REAL FAMILIES (will not be creating families from individual submissions) for this spot!! This will be a series of shots of a family enjoying outdoor activities together.

This project features extended families of many different cultures and is being cast in various cities across the US. For the New Mexico portion of casting, we are seeking the following:

FAMILY BREAKDOWN – MOM, DAD, 2-4 KIDS ages 8 to 16 years old – CAUCASIAN, Real People, Natural, Outdoorsy, Active, Fun-loving family who likes to participate in outdoor activities as a family (prefer families with 3-4 children but will consider 2 child families

FULL FAMILIES with Parents and Kids in the appropriate age ranges ONLY! If you have a full family group, please be sure to sure to submit each family member in the same email!! ALL Family members must be willing/able to participate

SUBMISSIONS ASAP via email to: onlocationcastingNM@yahoo.com with subject line COCA-COLA SUPERBOWL. Submissions MUST include ALL of the following: 1-2 RECENT (taken within the past 2-3 months) COLOR PHOTOs of each family member individually (showing what you currently look like), 2-3 RECENT COLOR photos of the entire family group. Also MUST be included on EACH person with photos: height, weight, first & last name, AGE and a list of hobbies that you like to do (be sure to include outdoor hobbies/likes also!) Be sure to include a family contact number.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE is Wednesday 11/13/13 at 4:00 pm, however earlier submissions are preferred so that we can get your photos in front of the Client quicker!
